War and Order Beasts Update
Introducing to you the War and Order Beasts Update. You will notice a small area that has green glowing runes inside your castle walls. This is where you will work on your new pet (or beast, whichever your prefer). We have updated this article letting you know about what is to come with War and Order Beasts guides. You will find the update at the bottom of this page. There is also a link to a War and Order Beasts Introduction video as well.
With the War and Order beasts update, you will be introduced to some new tools to aid you in your fight. There will be a total of three different beasts you can choose from. Those choices are a Pegasus, dragon, or panda. The Pegasus will be your support type beast while the dragon is the attack type. Lastly you have the panda which is your defense type beast.
Beasts are mysterious powerful creatures sealed in the beast stones on the bottom left of the city walls. You will be able to lift the seal for your beast at which point you can name them and make them your new battle companion.
Evolve your beast by gaining experience and skills. You will only be able to have one beast at a time. There will be some requirements to switch between beasts, read about them below.
To switch beasts you will need to spend gems. Switching beasts also requires time. You cannot speed up this wait time.
What this means is that you will have to think ahead. If your alliance is planning a major attack then everyone should know in advance to have an attack beast ready to go. While on the other hand if your alliance is anticipating an attack, for instance the kill event, you should prepare the pandas!
The time required is not known as of this writing. However, once it is known, players can plan accordingly for kill events, alliance wars, etc.
Beasts will have both active and passive skills. Active skills will be specific to each beast type and can be unlocked by evolving your pet. Your beast will use the active skills automatically in fights.
Passive skills can be collected through special scrolls. These scrolls can be equipped and unequipped freely adjust your beasts abilities.
You will be able to use special beast XP scrolls to help level up your beast.
Battling With Your Beast
Your beast does not use up your march size limit. It will have it’s own special spot in your march que. Your beast cannot die, and it will not require healing after battles. This means it will always be beneficial to bring your beast to a fight.
An important thing to know is that your beast will have its own stamina. It will require stamina to send your beast into battle. This is similar to the stamina you use to attack monsters. Once you run out of stamina you will not be able to send your beast on a march.
If you are farming dead castles or attacking weak targets it may not be a good idea to send your beast along for the fight. Elite Wars and Adventures will not consume beast stamina. You will be able to participate in these events with your new furry friend (or scaly pal) freely and unlimited.
Leveling Up That Sexy Beast
You will earn your beast XP by sending it out on battle marches. There will also be in game items that will allow you to grant your beast XP. It is probably safe to say that you will be able to purchase leveling items from the shop using gems, or possibly even including in gem packs. (Don’t quote me on that last sentence, that is an assumption at this point).
You will not be able to level your beast past your current castle level. Meaning if you are castle level 22, your beast cannot surpass level 22.
Evolution of Your Beast
Each time you reach a special level with your beast you will be able to evolve it. Think of this as that same thing as getting to recruit the next tier of troops every few levels.
Evolution requires resources, your beast will also be given a new appearance (similar to castle appearance every few levels). Evolving your beast will also grant either passive or active skills for your beast. Lastly, when you evolve your beast you will grow your pets stats. This War and Order beasts update is just one more reason as to why you are going to need more resources. Be sure to check out our quick overview of War and Order Farming.
Summary and Final Thoughts
The inclusion of beasts in War and Order is going to add some more variety to an already busy game. Beasts are going to offer players another tool to help attack and defend. When not in any action or during a major upgrade you can break out the support beast and buff your stats and timers.
Overall the War and Order beasts update will be a fun new addition and I look forward to seeing their full potential.
