How To Teleport Your Castle – War and Order Guide for Beginners
If you are new to War and Order you may find yourself asking how to teleport your castle. Don’t worry, this quick guide will explain exactly how to do it.
If you are an alliance leader or just a helpful alliance member in War and Order, then you can refer your new members to this guide. That will be better than having to explain how to teleport your castle every five minutes.
Getting Started – Choosing Your Spot
First things first when it comes to teleporting your castle is you need to know where to go. You can ask your alliance members to give you coordinates of a spot on the map. This makes it quick and easy for everyone. When coordinates are given in any chat in War and Order, you will see a hyperlink as well as a little globe off to the side of the message. See the image below for a visual.
To quickly go to where the coordinates point, you simply click on this little globe. You will be taken to the world map, and your screen will be centered on the coordinates that were given. Next comes the step of selecting your area.
Teleport Your Castle
You can only move your castle to an area of empty ground. You cannot place your castle on water, hills, or other castles. Also, if there is a resource mine, monster, or anything else obstructing the area, you will not be able to move to that specific spot. Once you find a suitable area, click the ground on your screen and select Teleport City. A graphic of your castle will appear on the map similar to the image at the top of this guide.
You will know if you can port to an area if the four tiles under your castle light up all green. Green highlighted tiles means you are clear to teleport. If the tiles appear red, then you need to adjust your placement. Once you have your placement figured out, just click confirm, and your castle will be moved to the spot you selected.
It is quite simple and straight forward. You just need to find the right spot.
Tips for Teleporting Your Castle
When you first start out in War and Order you will be given a free “Elite Teleport.” These are what is required to actually teleport your castle. If you do not have an elite teleport, you can spend 2000 gems to port. Do not waste your first elite teleport. Most alliances will want you to port to their area, also known as a “Hive”.
You can earn more elite teleports by collecting fragments from the Ship Merchant. You can access the merchant once your castle reaches level 10. Elite teleports can also be purchased from the shop in your items pack. Just click “Shop” on the top right when browsing your pack. The third way to get elite teleports is through your alliance shop. You will need to donate to your alliance technology to earn Alliance Honor to make the purchase.
Alliance honor is used to buy items from the alliance shop and is earned a few different ways, but the primary way is through donations.
Now that you know how to teleport your castle in War and Order, be sure to remind newcomers to your alliance to move theirs as well. It is always wise to have your alliance members close together for defense, rally’s, and offensive attacks.
